Hyundai Debuts 2016 Elantra with More Standard Features

Hyundai continues its campaign to bring added value in their 2016 models to customers with their reveal of the 2016 Elantra today.

Part of the highly competitive compact car segment, Hyundai has added more features that were previously options as standard in the newest version of the Elantra, equalling a $1000 in value savings for consumers.

Elantra Value Edition provides a $1,000 value savings by bundling attractive features at just $550 more than an Elantra SE with the Popular Equipment Package:

  • Unique 16” alloy wheels
  • Power tilt-and-slide sunroof
  • Leather steering wheel and shift knob
  • Proximity key w/ push button start
  • Heated front seats
  • Chrome beltline molding & aluminum entrance sills
  • Side mirror turn signals
  • Tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel

In addition to the added standard features, the Elantra Limited now comes with proximity key with push-button start and dual automatic temperature control. The Elantra Sport is now equipped with standard cloth seats. The change in seat coverings brings down the MSRP of the Sport.

2016 Elantra pricing arrives in dealerships this month with a starting MSRP of $17,250, excluding $825 freight.
