Porsche Adds Entry-Level Macan to Line-Up

An entry-level 2017 Porsche Macan will make its debut at the New York International Auto Show next week.
The base model 2017 Macan is equipped with a new 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine and standard seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that will deliver 252 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque.
Porsche claims the new model gets 20 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on the highway though official EPA estimates are not in yet.
The new Macan will start at $48,550, including a $1,050 destination charge.
