Toyota Reveals Scion Name Change Plans
Some Scion models are saying goodbye while others are getting new life as Toyota branded products. Here is what Toyota has planned.
The FR-S has gotten gotten a few upgrades and as the new Toyota 86, it’s received some restyling for MY 2017. The Toyota 86 will debut in showrooms in the fall.
The brand’s hot, low cost hatch will join Toyota’s small car offerings as the Toyota Corolla iM.
What Scion referred to as a sports sedan when it debuted as a 2016 model, is becoming the Toyota Yaris iA.

When it was revealed as a concept, we expected to see the CH-R as reality in the not-too-distant future. As it turns out we’ll see the new vehicle in its same form, just with Toyota branding where the the Scion information was supposed to in spring 2017 as a 2018 model.
