20 Automakers Commit to Making Automatic Emergency Braking Standard by 2022

2017 Porsche Macan Gets a Technology Upgrade

Porsche is playing catch-up when it comes to technology compared to its competition but it’s making up for lost time announcing the new Porsche Communication Management (PCM) is now available in the Macan. Highlights of the system include real-time route navigation, simplified operation and an integrated Wi-Fi hotspot. Various Bluetooth, USB and SD interfaces allow integration of smartphones and storage media with the PCM.
